Living next door in a separate residence, the owners are present when needed and discreet when not. Their approach is simple: guests should feel at ease, well cared for, and truly at home. And that feeling comes naturally here - Villa A Maria already carries it within its walls.

The villa unfolds over three thoughtfully designed levels, each flowing effortlessly into the next. The main entrance opens into an upper ground floor filled with light, where an open-plan living and dining space connects seamlessly with the outdoors. Large glass surfaces frame views of the sea and countryside, while sliding doors lead directly onto a spacious terrace with a traditional barbecue - a natural gathering place for long meals and slow evenings.

Just beyond the living area sits a fully equipped kitchen, designed for both comfort and connection. With a generous central dining table, custom wooden cabinetry, and easy access to one of several balcony terraces, it invites shared moments as much as it supports practical cooking.

Finished in warm tones and natural materials, it features a king-size bed, a walk-in closet, an elegant en-suite bathroom with both shower and freestanding bathtub, and a private balcony for quiet mornings or sunset moments.

The lower ground floor opens up a different rhythm altogether. Here, a second open-plan living area with an additional kitchen creates a relaxed, self-contained space. This level also houses the fourth bedroom, two more full shower rooms, and a dedicated massage room - allowing guests to truly unwind without ever leaving the comfort of the villa.

Life at Villa A Maria naturally extends outdoors. The lower terrace opens onto wide, unobstructed views of the surrounding countryside, with the swimming pool at its heart.
