Dorotea is the owner and founder of this collection, together with her husband Ivan. At just 25, they live in one of the most beautiful regions of Europe - Dalmatia - a place that has shaped both their life and their work.

Dorotea and Ivan grew up between Austria and Germany, but their roots are deeply Croatian. Six years ago, driven by a genuine love for their homeland, they began sharing Croatia through photography and storytelling on social media. What started as a passion project quickly grew into a professional journey: today, they bring over six years of hands-on experience in social media management, visual storytelling, and destination branding.

Over the years, they have personally visited every house featured on this platform, spent time in each location, and met the owners behind them. Only after experiencing the homes firsthand and understanding the story, standards, and values of the people who own them do they decide to include a property in their collection.

Throughout this journey, they have discovered truly unique homes - places with character, privacy, and a strong sense of location. Carefully selected and offered exclusively, these properties allow guests to experience Croatia the way Dorotea and Ivan believe it should be experienced: authentically, beautifully, and without compromise.
